Financial Aid

Financial Aid staff members in the Office of Enrollment Services are dedicated to helping students in the pursuit of their educational goals by providing financial information and services in a professional and individualized manner. The Enrollment Services staff exists to help students seek, obtain, and make the best use of all available financial resources.

Our Lady of Holy Cross College has established priority-processing dates to ensure your Financial Aid arrives on time. The following dates will assist students in judging when OLHCC's Office of Enrollment Services should receive your completed financial aid applications:

Fall - July 1
Spring - December 1
Summer - April 1

Enrollment Services Counselors are available to students Monday through Friday, from 8:30am until 5:00pm. The Counselors accept walk-ins, but it is best to schedule an appointment. Enrollment Service Counselors are assigned students according to the beginning letter of the student's last name:
