Our Lady of Holy Cross College offers Master of Education degrees in "Curriculum Development and Instructional Strategies" and "Educational Leadership". Each is a 36- hour program based upon State and National Standards within the context of providing a personalized approach to education. The Our Lady of Holy Cross College Conceptual Framework centers upon educating the heart and the mind while providing experiential service.

The Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction degree is a comprehensive program that works to strengthen your instructional skills and leadership abilities. Upon successful completion of this program, teachers will have gained knowledge, practical perspectives and skills related to the use of contemporary instructional technology, student learning strategies, faculty enrichment theories and the latest in instructional design. They will be better prepared to serve in their current teaching position and will learn how to become a more inspiring educator.

The program in Educational Leadership allows Louisiana-certified teachers, who complete the program, to apply for Louisiana Certification as an "Educational Leader." This certification will allow the holder to serve as a building level administrator (principal or assistant principal) as well as district level administrator (supervisor through assistant superintendent). The center piece of the program is to prepare educational leaders with the knowledge and skills to improve student learning by improving the teaching/learning process in our schools.
