28th Annual Walk for the Hungry

The 4-mile Walk begins at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church (4640 Canal St) and proceeds up Canal St. to Claiborne Ave. The Walk turns on Claiborne Ave & continues down Canal St. returning to St. Anthony of Padua
Registration begins at 8:00am
Prayer at 8:45am
Walk at 9:00am

Community Services at the Early Childhood & Family Learning Foundation Center at Mahalia Jackson
The Center is in need of volunteers to help canvas the community that the Center will serve to conduct surveys including 10-15 questions. With your help, we hope to reach our goal of 100 volunteers that will join us on three Saturdays – February 14th, February 28th, & March 14th – from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.
The Center will provide refreshments, a brief training, and community service hours.
