The Innovators - Student Ambassadors

The Innovators is a unique organization of student leaders chosen to help with the college's recruitment efforts and orientation programs, as well as to encourage pride and spirit in the OLHCC community. The Innovators members assist students throughout their time at Our Lady of Holy Cross College-from recruitment and orientation to registration and graduation.

As volunteers, The Innovators participate in a variety of events, both on and off campus, in order to effectively serve OLHCC in:

• The recruitment of future students

• The orientation of new students

• The registration of new and continuing students

• Mentoring new students

• Institutional advancement

The Innovators combines the principles of service, leadership and the mission of Our Lady of Holy Cross College to create an organization that will be a valuable part of your educational experience outside the traditional classroom. Students participating in the organization are guaranteed the opportunity to gain outstanding leadership experience as well as to develop excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a member of The Innovators you will not only ensure the continued success of Our Lady of Holy Cross College, but also recruit the next generation of students who will shape and be shaped by OLHCC.
