Windsor Court Hotel

Reservations Sales Agent (1)

Position Overview: Responsible for handling reservations in a friendly and efficient manner, and quoting available rates to maximize room revenue and average rate according to luxury standards. Handle upwards of 75+ incoming calls per day. Pursue sales opportunities and capture business leads to sustain the inbound sales program. Attend to all inquiries with a dedication to customer service excellence; present the strongest image of pride in property values and products. Demonstrate a solid understanding of our customers, our products our competitors and our industry.

Position Requirements:. Minimum two years experience in inbound telesales or customer service operation. Hospitality and/ or hotel operations experience a benefit. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Must be computer literate. Proficiency with Property Management System applications and Phone Management software is preferred. Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations.

Banquet Houseperson (1)

Position Overview: Clean, set up and break down Banquet areas according to the quality standards of the Windsor Court Hotel. Make deliveries as necessary. Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner. Provide Banquet personnel with necessary supplies. Collect and dispose of trash as necessary.

Position Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or previous experience preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Excellent customer service skills. Must be able to lift/move 50 pounds and push/pull 100.

Bellperson (1)

Position Overview: Ensure a positive first and last impression by maintaining a professional, pleasant and helpful attitude while fulfilling guests' needs. Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner. Greet and show guests to reception desk. Escort guests to appropriate suites and familiarize guests with suites. Deliver, store and remove guests' luggage. Able to effectively answer guests' questions regarding the area and hotel.  Able to effectively provide guests with directions. Perform errands and fulfill guests' special requests as necessary. Assist Concierge and Car Hikers as necessary. Maintain organization and cleanliness of lobby.

Position Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required. Experience in a hotel setting preferred. Ability to work flexible hours. Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills.

Cocktail Server Polo Lounge (2)


Position Overview: Provide outstanding service to guests of the Polo Lounge. Ensure a positive first and last impression by maintaining a professional, pleasant and helpful attitude while fulfilling guests' needs. Take and fulfill guest beverage requests in a timely and accurate manner. Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner. Responsible for maintaining high product knowledge. Bus tables as necessary. Maintain cleanliness of all Polo Lounge areas.

Position Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required. Cocktail Server experience preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule. TIPS certification preferred. Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills

Pool Attendant PT (2)

Position Overview: Provide outstanding service to guests of the Windsor Court Hotel. Prepare food according to the quality standards of the Windsor Court Hotel..  Must have food and beverage service experience. Maintain the pool and health club according to the quality standards of the Windsor Court Hotel. Ensure all equipment is clean and in proper working condition.  Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner. Maintain cleanliness of all pool area.

Position Requirements:  The ability to swim and have First Aid and CPR Certifications are strongly preferred.  A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required.  Extensive standing, stooping, and bending are involved.

Le Salon Tea Expo (1)


Position Overview: Assist in providing outstanding service to guests. Responsible for maintaining high product knowledge. Set up bar area according to Windsor Court Hotel's specifications.  Breakdown bar area according to Windsor Court Hotel's specifications. Keep bar stocked to par. Prepare a variety of drinks, including but not limited to specialty, mixed and espresso drinks. Provide careful handling and cleaning of all Le Salon tableware. Ensure that all food, teas, condiments, and other Le Salon products are thoroughly prepared and stocked. Pick up clean linens and dispose of dirty laundry daily. Maintain cleanliness of all Le Salon areas. Maintain all Le Salon inventory and requisition food stock as necessary. Assist servers and host/hostesses as necessary.

Position Requirements: Must be very energetic, motivated and possess a positive presence.  Must be able to obtain TIPS certification.  Ability to focus attention to details. Ability to carry up to 60 pounds. Must have 2 years of experience in fine dining.  Must have a passion for food and wine.

Club Lounge Attendant PT (1)

Position Overview: Provide exceptional and personalized service to guests of The Club Lounge. Ensure customer satisfaction. Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner.

Position Requirements:. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required. Experience in a hotel setting preferred. Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills         

Server Assistant AM (1) & PM (1)

Position Overview: Ensure all food, condiments, and other Grill Room products are thoroughly prepared and stocked.  Selected candidates will pick up clean linens and dispose of dirty laundry daily. 

Position Requirements: Qualified candidates must have 1 year customer service experience and ability to work in a high volume environment.

Houseperson (1)

Position Overview: Clean areas according to the quality standards of the Windsor Court Hotel. Make deliveries to guests as necessary. Provide Room Attendants with necessary supplies. Collect and dispose of trash as necessary. Any other assigned tasks or duties as required.

Position Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or housekeeping or janitorial experience. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Excellent customer service skills. Must be able to lift/move 50 pounds.        

Room Attendant (1)

Position Overview: To exceed our guest's expectations by maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness of the guest rooms.

Position Requirements: Previous housekeeping experience helpful. Position requires standing and walking for entire shift.  Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs. Extensive standing, stooping, and bending involved. Able to focus on details and possess a positive presence and service skills.

Turndown Attendant PT (1)

Position Overview: To exceed our guest's expectations by maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness of the guest rooms.

Position Requirements: Previous housekeeping experience helpful. Position requires standing and walking for entire shift. Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs. Extensive standing, stooping, and bending involved. Able to focus on details and possess a positive presence and service skills.

Cafeteria Cook (1) & PM Line Cook (1)

Position Overview: Prepare food according to the quality standards of the Windsor Court Hotel. Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner. Maintain Cook's station. Maintain kitchen inventory.

Position Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of cooking experience in a fine dining restaurant. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.

Management Positions
Housekeeping Manager (1)
Position Overview: Fulfill all supervisory duties of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments and assume managerial responsibility in the absence of the Director and Assistant Director of Housekeeping. Ensure that all Housekeeping and Laundry personnel are fulfilling their job functions Appropriately. Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner. Ensure that all lobbies, guest corridors, service areas, linen closets, restrooms and storage areas are in clean and tidy condition at all times. Must be flexible to work in all areas of Housekeeping to include AM/PM Service, Laundry and Uniforms.

Position Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of housekeeping or laundry experience at a supervisory level preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills. Excellent mathematical skills. Strong organizational skills. Must be computer literate.
