Rev. Anthony J. De Conciliis, C.S.C., Ph.D.

Having served in various faculty and administrative positions, Rev. Anthony J. De Conciliis, C.S.C., Ph.D. leads Our Lady of Holy Cross College with a wealth of experience and knowledge of academics of higher education.

He holds a Ph.D. in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola College in Maryland, a D.Min. in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Andover Newton Theological, an M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from Lewis and Clark College, an M.A. in Sacred Theology from Holy Cross College, and a B.A. in Philosophy from Stonehill College.

Prior to his appointment, Rev. De Conciliis served as the Vice President for Academic Affairs at Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania. Previous administrative positions also include: President, Notre Dame College; Vice President for Academic Affairs, Washington Theological Union; Vice President and Dean for Student Affairs, King's College; and Director of Counseling and Consulting, University of Portland.

He has served on the faculties of Saint Francis University, Stonehill College, Washington Theological Union, King's College, and the University of Portland.

Rev. De Conciliis is a published author and the winner of the Newcomen Society of America's award for Outstanding Service in Education as President of Notre Dame College. He also served on the accreditation visiting teams for both the Middle States Association and the New England Association as well as on public and private boards.
