Financial Aid Counselor

Our Lady of Holy Cross College invites applications for a full-time position in the Office of Enrollment Management as a Financial Aid Counselor. Deadline for applications is February 15, 2013.

Position Description: This is a full-time position in the Office of Enrollment Management. Responsibilities include counseling students and prospective students on issues with regarding financial aid; evaluate aid eligibility; develop award packages for eligible students; and perform due diligence for delinquent loans.

Qualifications: Position requires candidate to have excellent interpersonal skills; ability to maintain confidentiality as outlined by FERPA; excellent team work experience and a positive work ethic is required. Some college required; 3 plus years of experience in financial aid experience and/or a bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in PowerFAIDS preferred.

Salary and Rank: Commensurate with experience.

Admissions Counselor

Our Lady of Holy Cross College invites applications for a full-time position in the Office of Enrollment Management. Deadline for applications is February 15, 2013.

Position Description: This is a full-time position in the Admissions Office. Responsibilities include counseling students and prospective students on issues with regard to admissions process; coordinate recruitment activities for all prospective students; maintain an active liaison with area high schools, colleges, agencies, organizations, businesses and corporations; manage all correspondence with prospective students; coordinate first time freshman orientation; assist in graduate admission process; and participation in orientation, registration, and graduation activities.

Qualifications: Position requires candidate to have excellent interpersonal skills; ability to maintain confidentiality as outlined by FERPA; 3 plus years in customer service related field; team work experience and a positive work ethic. Bachelor's Degree required.

Salary and Rank: Commensurate with experience.
