The Office of Academic Affairs at Our Lady of Holy Cross College invites applications for a full-time staff position as Associate Registrar. Deadline to apply is March 14, 2014.
Position Description: Ability to communicate at all levels and work as a team player; advanced computer skills required; maintain and store academic records for all students; prepare transcripts; knowledge of FERPA and other regulatory issues pertaining to higher education; assist Registrar plan Commencement activities and other special events; assist Registrar with classroom assignment schedules, course schedules and academic term narratives; proficiency in student information systems (PowerCampus or similar); computer data entry for registration, add/drop, name and curriculum change, grade changes and other activities; other duties as assigned by Registrar.
Qualifications: Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required. Applicant should also have experience in and/or understanding of higher education. Applicant should also have public speaking skills, as well as be an effective communicator (written and spoken). Demonstrate skill in MS Outlook and adaptability in other computer skill sets, including ability to understand and use the College's Student Information System and other computer applications.
Salary: Dependent upon qualifications and experience.
