Abstract

RaeNell Billiot Houston was educated in the Plaquemines Parish public school system. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Grades Education and a Master of Arts degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Louisiana State University. She is currently completing her dissertation in pursuit of a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction for the University of New Orleans.
