Professional Experience
The focus of Dr. Dell's research is educational restructuring and curriculum transformation in Educational Leadership Development. She has presented her research at local, statewide, national, and international conferences. She has also concentrated on the use of teaching strategies through the integrated arts and non-traditional strategies. Dr. Dell has provided customized local, statewide, and national leadership and teacher training from Pre – K to university faculty members. She is presently involved in the creation of rubrics to meet statewide and national educational standards.

Academic Experience
Dr. Dell has extensive graduate, alternative certification, and undergraduate teaching in Educational Leadership and Curriculum and Instruction at local universities. During her 38 years, she has had experience as an elementary and middle school teacher ( B.A.- Elementary Ed.), principalship, staff development coordinator, Louisiana external consultant for Title I, and research associate with UNO and Stanford University.

Professional Experience
Mrs. Foret has taught in Public School Systems in Louisiana. She has given reading workshops as a Literacy Facilitator with New Orleans Public Schools. Mrs. Foret is also a National Board Certified Teacher.

Academic Experience
Mrs. Foret is currently teaching EDU 401, EDU 452, and REA 100. Her service to the College includes membership on the SACS team and Advising Committee.

Professional Experience
Dr. Hypolite has concentrated her professional studies in the areas of integrated instructional strategies in mathematics and science, teaching diverse learners, parental support and teacher training. She has presented at conferences locally, statewide, and nationally. Dr. Hypolite has provided teacher training seminars to educators from Pre K to university faculty members. She is presently involved in assisting in curriculum development for a federally-funded high school enrichment program as well as working with a community organization to develop an academic support program for youth.

Academic Experience
Dr. Hypolite serves the College as an Associate Professor of Education. She is also one of the faculty moderators of the OLHCC Chapter of A+PEL. In her 33 years as an educator, Dr. Hypolite has extensive graduate, alternative certification and undergraduate teaching experience in Curriculum and Instruction at the university level. Prior to her teaching experience at the university level, Dr. Hypolite taught in the Lafourche Parish School System as a middle school teacher, School Building Level Chair, and department chair.

Brooke Muntean

Brooke Muntean, Ph.D.

Professional Experience
Dr. Muntean began her teaching career working in international schools in Japan, Bali, and Mexico City. She additionally has taught elementary and middle school in both San Francisco and New Orleans public charter schools, followed by working as an instructional coach and a classroom teacher in the Recovery School District. She has served in the New Orleans area in various capacities in teacher education, including her work as a TeachNOLA fellow advisor; a TESOL teacher trainer; an evaluator for Match teacher coaching; and as an adjunct instructor at UNO.

Academic Experience
Dr. Muntean is entering her second year at Our Lady of Holy Cross College, where she serves as an Assistant Professor of Education. Additionally, she is currently the Coordinator of Alternative Education, and served in the 2011-12 school year as the Educational Leadership Coordinator. She teaches a variety of courses at OLHCC, including the Reading Methods courses, as well as Foundations of Multicultural Education and Classroom Management. Dr. Muntean also serves as a field supervisor for both pre- and in-service teachers.

Lisa Sullivan

Professional Experience
Dr. Sullivan taught in the Jefferson Parish Public School System. She has also given numerous workshops about mathematics teaching and learning, standards-based education, instructional planning, learning styles, and classroom management.

Academic Experience
Dr. Sullivan is currently the Chair of the Education Department. She also coordinates the Professional Laboratory Experience Program (PLEP). Dr. Sullivan serves the College as an Associate Professor of Education. Her service to the College includes membership on the SACS reaccreditation team, the NCATE reaccreditation team, and the Center Team for Mission Integration of the Catholic Tradition. She is also one of the faculty moderators of the OLHCC Chapter of A+PEL.
