Professional Experience
Dr. Seghers has forty years of experience in Catholic Education, including K-12. He has administrative experience as an assistant principal, principal, assistant superintendent, associate superintendent, and executive superintendent.
He is a former administrator at Archbishop Rummel High School and with the central office at the Office of Catholic Schools, Archdiocese of New Orleans.
Academic Experience
Dr. Seghers has taught undergraduate and graduate education courses at the college level for 10 years . During that time, he has served as Director of Student Teaching, Acting Dean of the Division of Humanities, Education and Counseling, and Vice President and Dean for Academic Affairs.

Professional Experience
The focus of Dr. Dell's research is educational restructuring and curriculum transformation in Educational Leadership Development. She has presented her research at local, statewide, national, and international conferences. She has also concentrated on the use of teaching strategies through the integrated arts and non-traditional strategies. Dr. Dell has provided customized local, statewide, and national leadership and teacher training from Pre – K to university faculty members. She is presently involved in the creation of rubrics to meet statewide and national educational standards.
Academic Experience
Dr. Dell has extensive graduate, alternative certification, and undergraduate teaching in Educational Leadership and Curriculum and Instruction at local universities. During her 38 years, she has had experience as an elementary and middle school teacher ( B.A.- Elementary Ed.), principalship, staff development coordinator, Louisiana external consultant for Title I, and research associate with UNO and Stanford University.

Dr. Houston has served as an elementary school teacher in East Baton Rouge and Caddo parishes and a middle school teacher in Plaquemines Parish. She has also given numerous workshops including Every Teacher a Literacy Teacher, DIBELS Administration & Scoring, Using Internet Content in the Classroom: Thinkfinity, High Quality Literacy Instruction and Research Based Literacy Instruction
Academic Experience
Dr. Houston is currently an Assistant Professor of Education at Our Lady of Holy Cross College. She is an undergraduate advisor and PLEP Supervisor. In addition, she serves as Counselor for the Sigma Pi chapter of Kappa Delta Pi. Dr. Houston currently serves as a member of the Scholarship Committee, Chair of the Diversity Committee and member of the Center Team for Admissions and Strategic Initiatives.

Professional Experience
Dr. Sullivan taught in the Jefferson Parish Public School System. She has also given numerous workshops about mathematics teaching and learning, standards-based education, instructional planning, learning styles, and classroom management.
Academic Experience
Dr. Sullivan is currently the Coordinator of Undergraduate Education and the Professional Laboratory Experience Program. She serves the College as an Associate Professor of Education. Dr. Sullivan’s service to the College includes membership on the SACS reaccreditation team, the NCATE reaccreditation team, and the Center Team for Mission Integration of the Catholic Tradition. She is also one of the faculty moderators of the OLHCC Chapter of A+PEL.
