Minor clients were all types of retail, service and manufacturing concerns from the New Orleans area.
Twenty five years in corporate life as a senior Human Resource official.

Professional Experience
Professor Rabalais is the former Chief Operating Officer for the Louisiana Housing Finance Agency. With over 30 years of diverse managerial experience, he is currently the Chief Financial Officer at MAC-RE, LLC. After receiving his Accounting degrees, Professor Rabalais undertook the management of the state of Louisiana's largest private employer's Credit and Contracts directorship while also performing lobbying activities in support of the Avondale Shipyards' construction operations. With the passage of the Louisiana Gaming and Economic Development Act, he held the unique distinction as the only Louisiana resident to become a casino General Manager in 1993 for the highly successful Boomtown Casino-New Orleans.

Professor Rabalais recognizes the importance of education which has led him to serve as the Director of Executive Education for the University of New Orleans, administering to the University Masters of Business programs in New Orleans and Jamaica in addition to a Masters of Health Care Management.
