Tutor with Students

OLHCC provides various support services in keeping with the mission of the College to "educate the minds and the hearts of the students."

Academic support services include the following: Tutoring,  Placement Testing, and developmental courses in English/Writing, Math, and Reading. Personal support services include the Chambers Counseling Center and Campus Ministries.

Placement Testing

The rationale and procedure for Placement examinations are discussed in the OLHCC Catalog in the section titled Assessment Program .

All Placement examination appointments must be made with the Center for Teaching and Learning at 504-398-2236.
