Welcome to Our Lady Of Holy Cross College and Campus Ministry. I am Fr. John Lydon, the Chaplain and Campus Minister. I am a member of the Order of Preachers, commonly known as the Dominicans.
The founder of the Order is St. Dominic de Guaman. You will see me wearing a white habit, the traditional Garb of all the friars of the Order.
The Campus Ministry Office is located on the First Floor, in the Student Life area, near Classroom 15. Campus Ministry offers a variety of ways to grow intellectually, emotionally and especially spiritually.
But let's not forget the physical. We are body and spirit!
Let us build on the past, and vision for the future...

Many thanks to our OLHCC Faculty, Students and Staff for contributing all year to the empty Algiers Food Bank. We contributed 42 large boxes of food thus far and this truly reflects the "servant leadership" mission of everyone here at the college who so generously donated to the hungry in our neighborhood. Jesus tells us: "For when I was hungry, you gave me food; I was thirsty and you gave me drink..." Matthew 25: 35 |

Campus Ministry: Our Mission:
Reflecting Our Lady of Holy Cross College’s Catholic intellectual tradition and carrying on the Mission of the Marianite Sisters of Holy Cross, Campus Ministry seeks to build a strong, active and welcoming community united in worship, prayer, spiritual awareness, spiritual formation and service to others. Campus Ministry strives to create an engaging environment based on gospel values and enriched by various religious traditions represented on campus. Campus Ministry exists to serve the pastoral, spiritual and religious needs of Our Lady of Holy Cross students, staff and faculty.

The symbol of the tree was very important to Blessed Basil Moreau. Trees surround Our Lady of Holy Cross College beautifying the campus and the courtyards.
